Horizon Powder Coating is based out of Williamsport Pennsylvania. Harold Lusk founded the company in 2007 and has since provided outstanding work to the company’s clients. We use a enviornmentally friendly process to powder coat metal. This provides the metal with a longer lasting finish that is more reliable than traditional painting.
